Comment: It looks like you did well with sticking to your goal. You mentioned that you might put the names of the signs on the art. I'm not sure if that will detract from them or not. If you are placing the art in a sleeve of some type, perhaps you can put an identifying label on that.

Comment: I like the boldness of the darker one and the softness of the lighter one. I think the text and other elements are nice for the edit, and I like standalone art from the original. It seems you edited well. I also enjoyed the limited use of color, especially in the badger, because it added something unexpected but totally appropriate. I would like to see a tail or something more from the back of the badger, but it's just generally awesome, so no serious critique. Thanks for sharing!

His eyes are a bit strange, but I love how you made the shading of his face! I'm not any good at watercolor portraits (or realistic portraits) so no tips from me. Comment: Received the second batch, at this moment I have no idea if they are similair or not to the first round. I'm glad I took pics of what I have sent out to avoid such a thing. But it's not a problem if they have the same look, that's your style than :) My lovely husband decide to throw coffee over the enveloppe, but luckily he was smart enough to open it and rescue the atc. Only the enveloppe was damaged.

Friday, I took my watercolor painting of David Bowie's 'Self-portrait' painting and put it directly across the room from me, it's been put away at least 6 months ago, if not longer, and this project is for me, but it's not finished. I didn't plan to start it anytime soon, I just put it there for some reason. I also got your cards Friday on my way out the door and put them in my purse unopened, until I seen the envelope today, I had forgotten about it... I am not very good at watercolor and just starting and feel like it will be a failure if I go any further. So what did you inspire me to do, dear Alisa.?.. I'm going to finish it! Thank you so much for this. Sometimes things are put infront of our eyes so many times and we keep on overlooking them. I received two messages on Friday, and a big one today. Thank you Alisa, these cards will be framed and put on my wall. as my reminder... not my unfinished product.

Response: Thanks! It is watered wall paint (I like it more than acrylics because I feel the are too opaque). So I dipped my brush in the colour, added some water to it and sprinkled it by hitting the brush against my finger.

Comment: Nice Thor ATC! I like that traditional comic book style. About the question you asked in your letter, most of the time I use Prismacolor col-erase pencils to draw my outlines. They're erasable and the lead is hard enough to draw fine details. I used them a lot when I did storyboards and I still have a bunch. Sometimes I use pigment liners, mostly sepia or colored.

Comment: Sorry, just realized that I hadn't rated yet! I love the bull and Taurus girl, and the way they flow together. As to color, I was trying to think of any ideas. One thought that I had was that a Scottish Highland bull might match hair color with the Taurus woman, otherwise maybe having her hair brown with highlights, and a brighter, yet still earthy outfit? They say Tauruses love to garden -- perhaps a little green for contrast? In any case, I do like the drawing -- thanks for sharing!

Comment: Wow! Three ATCs! The gears ATC is fine and would be hard to add embellishments other than gears on top of gears. The other two are wonderful as well. I love the way you've rubbed the gold just lightly across the word," POSTALE." I need to be putting my gold stuff to more frequent use and this gives me an idea that has triggered a few others, so I need pull it out of its storage box where I see it and remember to use it. That's the problem with getting my art room organized, neat, and clean. Now I don't see things to use! I knew there had to be some advantage to a rather messy art room! LOL Thank you very much!

Comment: This ATC is so cute! I'm not a video gamer and so the characters are unfamiliar to me, but I just love the little cactus. :) He's so "Ooooooooooh noooooo!" haha! The other little characters look so harmless, but you never know in games. ;) Thank you so much and for the little note accompanying. It's adorable. :) ~~~~~~ Update, 07~18~14 Thank you for the information about the game. :) I did a search on all of the characters, and you really captured the essence of the cactuar! :D All of the characters are very recognizable once I became acquainted with them. Response: So glad you like it. Especially since you don't know the game!! As the name says they are FInal Fantasy characters. FF is a RPG series that always has another story-telling. But side characters such as these always are part of it in some way :) The cactuar is an enemy that is very fast and likes to run away. It has a needle attack, that makes 1.000 or 10.000 damage. The bird in te back is a chocobo. You can ride on them or once you could breed them to take part in races. The pig-like one is a moogle. It supports you by delivering messages, teleporting, healing or being a shop. They are three of my favourtie characters there are :D

Comment: Wow! Really beautiful ATC! Thank you so much. How did you make the blue background? I started making ATCs a really short while ago as well and they're pretty cool, I can understand why you like them haha.
Response: Thank you so much! The background is made with copics. A light blue as a base and put some middle blue lines on it to get a feeling of a window maybe. Like a glass roof. ATCs are my new fav hobby :3
