Awkward ATC Series - Puzzle

Time for some Awkward ATC's! What are Awkward ATC's? These are ATC's with some Awkward rule/element/etc. about them. For the first one, the theme is 'puzzle'. Now this isn't your typical 'add a puzzle piece anywhere' type of ATC.

For this one, you will create a typical ATC, and then cut it up into a puzzle! It must have at least 6 different pieces. Put the pieces into a sleeve or envelope that would normally fit an ATC before sending to your partner. (One each, not both ATC's in one.)
