The Journal Of Me (JOF) is a journaling series where we explore our daily life, our past and our future by using a prompt. This journal is for you to keep. You can write, doodle, add pictures, embroider, sculpt, anything. You can do this in a paper journal, use a blog, instagram or any other medium. Just make sure your partner can visit it. You can write in your native language, but explain to your partner. So: Do something using the prompt and share this with your partner by sending a message or email. Prompt: Describe a moment from today that you want to remember always.

I have a few questions: So an actual paper journal would be fine right (I am already trying to make something similiar in my sketchbook)

Then: is this to do daily or just once?

@Sakubik yes you can use a paper journal. Doing the prompt once is enough, but if you like you could do it daily. In 2 weeks a new prompt will come.
