I have recently had the good fortune of renting the most wonderful house in the forest where I can have my own studio, just thinking about being in there gives me peace and refuge when i feel overwhelmed or even when i am feeling fine. The time i get to spend in there feels so nourishing for me. It is a luxury that i have never had and that i am extremely grateful for.
Yoga and spiritual practice is really important to me and i like wearing odd socks. i get grumpy when i am hungry or tired. I am bored of tv and movies and i spend my evenings making, talking, loving, playing and being.
