I am now a 22 year old woman going on 40

A friend uses this site and it looked like fun. I don't get enough nice mail, it's mainly bills. Plus I can share what little bubbles of creativity I have.

I like odd and unique things. Although I do enjoy browsing the souvenir shops when I go on holiday. I started a lovely snow globe collection when I went on a tour of the Golden Coast and carried it on when I visited Rome a few years ago. The most recent addition is one from Bruges when I went over for the day with old university friends.

Vintage is something else I am fond of, as well as writing of course! I enjoy writing little snippets and the occasional (very) short poem.

I don't have much spare cash at the moment as I am looking for a job with more hours on top of trying to move out. Therefore I want to get involved with the postcard and recipes swaps. Perhaps even craft swaps as I have an abundance of crafty things in drawers. This year I began to make little cross stitch characters which would be fun to share.

My intentions are to write about my experience on this site (and post pictures) on the blog I am slowly creating.
