Pesonal = Live in Emerson, Manitoba Canada, a very small town (pop 650) on the border with the US; I have one son, and four grandchildren, three girls and a boy.

Things I like:

Gardening - I started planning this years garden in January even though living in a zone 3b I can't get into the garden until mid to end of May.

Craffts - all sorts - altered art (alterd books, zentangles, ATCs sewing, embroidery;, knitting

Cats- I have 8 Yes I know, you are going to say crazy cat lady, But hey, when was that a bad thing.

Music: classical, opera and country. I have season tickets to he Winnipeg symphony orchestra and the Winnipeg opera company. But I also really like country music. Especially old cowboy songs.

collections: Well cats of course. I have collected stamps since I was about 8. but never seriously. No Knick-Knacks. I hate dusting. do collect photographs, other peoples photos. all sorts. So if anyone has photographs that you no longer want, please send them on to me and I will become custodian of them. I don;t like to see photo's of people destroyed

cooking. I like to make bread. The old fashioned way. not a bread machine. Bashing the dough around is really good for your mental health. Just lately I have been experimenting with vegan and vegetarian cooking. Would like to become vegan, but when you have live for 60 odd years as a carnivore it is really hard to change.

Things I don't like:

Religion. Of any denomination.

Fanatics of any sort. But then that is covered under distlike #1.

avocado - THe only food I can think of that don't like

People who are cruel to animals. I am anti death penalty. But for these peoplle I think I could make an exception.
