Hello! My name is Evie. I'm 29 years old and love to craft, write to my pen friends, read all kinds of books, do crazy things with my friends, and hopefully swap! I'm finally knitting! And starting to crochet a little!!! My favorite colors are deep jewel tones like the colors you see in a peacock feather. I watch a lot of movies, all different kinds. I collect owls and elephants. I'm a bit bohemian, had dreads at one point and wished I had never done that to my hair, but loved and miss them all at the same time. I'm also a pretty chatty grrrrl, so if you would like to talk or write, just let me know! Thank you!
I'm sorry, but I can't have things that smell like smoke or cat hair as I am allergic to both and a package with either in them would create a week or two of discomfort for me. I'm extremely open to everyone practicing whatever religion suits them, but I would prefer not to get Wiccan or Pagan items in anything. Disney was a fun time for me a while back, but I'm about set on everything except Tinkerbell. Same with Winnie the Pooh. Other than that, at the moment, I am just happy to be here! Also, please don't send me food other than teas or coffees... I just don't trust the USPS and as silly as it is, won't consume things sent through the mail... I also don't wear gold or pagan jewelery, please.
Underwear:Medium Tshirt:Medium Shoes: 8 1/2 US Waist: about a 32"
I'm wanting vintage things and shabby chic things for my home.
Everything Bohemian is AMAZING!!!
I am collecting crystals of all kinds!!!
Norfin trolls...not the Russ ones... the really ugly ones. I love them!
Buddhas... I collect them;)
Tarot Cards and/or decks
Send me your unwanted scraps of Prismacolor pencils! I'll use them up!

I think your resolutions are reasonable and will benefit you greatly! Doing the things you love is essential for happiness and writing in a journal everyday is a good way to keep track of what means the most to you, and how you grow as a person. I did not make that one of my resolutions, but when I saw you mention it, I was motivated to add journaling everyday to my list!
Never give up, and push yourself to the limit no matter what obstacles stand in your way. Having a positive mind set is a great way to get your goals accomplished and to feel good about yourself after. Good luck in 2013, and have a great year! :)

You have some awesome resolutions and I know you can do it! It's so important to set aside some time each day for yourself to reflect and process what's going on in your life, so I'm very impressed that you are going to write in a journal every day :) I also LOVE the one about learning to be a wild woman...let me know what you figure out, ha ha. I'm not a woman, but I could certainly use a little more wild in my life. ;)
Keep up the good work! Definitely keep doing what you love, and call home on Sundays ;)
Stay rad, Alex

Hi Evie!
Happy New Year -- I hope you have an amazing 2013!!! It's great that you are taking time to journal and do the things you love - that's so important. I'm not a big Apple fan or anything, but I really liked this Steve Jobs quote: "Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinion drowned your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
Wishing you lots of luck with all your goals!!

Thanks for completing my profile tag--a fun variety of things. I especially love the bird-themed napkin you sent--beautiful.
I have contacted Sherri B and am making amends for dropping off the face of the planet for half a year. :) Excitedly trying to find her a profile surprise that she will enjoy!
Hi--still waiting for my July profile surprise tag. . .
hello there Thank you for the cute little octopus ami & the ribbon grabbie for the american swappers group "pik 2 tag" My son is going to love the little octopus thanks so much for sending :D
thank you for all the little zines you sent for the Paper Pick 2 Tag, they are waiting for a rainy day when I will have time to read them!
Thank you for your crocheted flowers for the No Paper Tag - USA. I plan to use them to embellish clothing. How do you spin your own yarn? Do you use wool that has already been dyed or do you dye it yourself? Since I'm using them on clothing, I was wondering if the flowers are washable/colorfast. Please let me know :)
Fast Profile Comment Swap:
Hi Evie. Thanks so much for making this swap :)
I'd love to send you some nice paper sometime (I was literally staring at some in an art shop thinking abouot buying some for possible zine covers the other day).
Maybe you could tell me about something that is really easy to knit? I've tried it a couple of times and ended up abandoning it after a little while. Also, can you actually make anything out of those French knitting bees?
Anyway, hope you had a great day and thanks again :)
