I am Mom to Isaac, Wife to Halis, and friend to Meaghan ... but first and foremost, I am love,light and a glad participant in life's journeys.

Making connections with interesting people truly feeds my soul (and aren't we ALL interesting?!). I have travelled throughout the US ... and have been to Haiti, Canada and Turkey ... but desperately want to travel more and learn about all the places & people around the globe.

I both love and fear motherhood. Seagulls are my favorite animals. I think I have a serious addiction to pasta and chocolate. I would love to live out of various hotels for a year. My husband and I are in love with Haiti. I quilt, sew, and do various handicrafts to keep my creative juices flowing. I think a tree is one of the most beautiful creations on earth. I love natural items like leaves, rocks, acorns and pinecones!

I want to be more witty, feminine, articulate, creative, generous, and active. I think my husband is very sexy. And I KNOW my son is adorable, charming, clever and amazing.

I have a thing for pirates and am absolutely crazy for the ocean. I am interested in all religions. I love every color BUT pink. Borders Bookstores and libraries are my favorite places to hang out.

And finally, I think "swapping" is wonderful except when it comes to spouses :)
