I live a quiet, magical life in a very small cottage in the foothills of the Coast Range, my beloved mid-Willamette Valley, Oregon. Where I spend my days reading, sipping way too much coffee, tea and cocoa.

My life and year are celebrated in what used to be very traditional. Not the Wiccan wheel of the year, even older...I celebrate the seasons and the moons.

I am a Norse Pagan, and have a degree in Theology. I have studied every religion that has been practiced and they all fascinate me. I would really like to hear about your beliefs. I respect everyone's right to believe what they believe, without judgement.

I love reading, and writing long letters, and learning about other peoples lives, where they're from and what makes them special.

I truly believe that we all rise by lifting one another. That one person can make a difference. That there are always opportunities to make someone smile.

I don't do drama. I don't do hate, i don't do bullies.

I try to be kind...always...

I love nature, pen palling, reading and creating.

"witchy", dark cottage core, vintage, dark and light academia, book, fairy, magical and mystical are all themes I enjoy. Also, Alice in Wonderland.

I am also a HUGE Scandi-phile, I love all things Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.

I try not to collect things...but...well...I guess I do have a collection of bookmarks, and maybe I hoard cute witchy stickers, but I swear, I'm trying to get rid of the rest of my craft stuff.

Please tell me what you're reading! I am always looking for recommendations. My tastes are varied. Magical realism, and everyday hero type books tend to be what I'm most drawn to.

I love trying new teas but don't care much for green or matcha.

I love Fredrik Backman's books, as well as Neil Gaimen and Ransom Riggs, Tom Robbins...the list is ever changing.

I also love Scandinavian Fairytales. HC Andersen is my first literary love, although I deplore what Disney has done to many of my favorites.

As far as ratings, I will rate as soon as I open your swap. Most of the time with a heart, if you have put any effort what so ever in to your swap, and I will NEVER Leave a silent rating. I think it's just rude and inconsiderate to at least not say thank you.

My Post Office is small and understaffed. It can take up to three days for them to get the mail out of the drop box outside the Post Office and sometimes another day to get it to Portland or Salem to be postmarked. It stinks but that's how it is these days.

I always send by the send by date and try to send before if at all possible.
