Hello! I've been in to swapping and pen-palling since I was 14 years old, however I took a break while I was in college and graduate school. Now that I've finished school, I look forward to getting my life back and doing some of the things I love!

I currently live at home with my parents, older brother, 2 cats, and a dog. I love my family very much and I'm not planning to move any time soon. I have a MA in linguistics and a TESOL certificate and I hope to find a job teaching adult ESL. In the meantime I am going to earn a teaching license so that I can possibly get a job teaching k-12 (adult ESL jobs are few and far between).

Things other than swaps that I enjoy are: drawing, beading / jewelry making, animals, tea, languages, knitting, crocheting, traveling, swimming, and EGL/EGA fashion.

I love jewel tone colors, pastels, neutrals, earth tones, and fall colors. I love sepia/antique/distressed things. The only colors I don't like are neons. I also am not terribly fond of orange or yellow but I don't hate those colors either.

No one ever comments on my ATCs on flickr...which makes me sad. So if you've got the time and the whim, maybe check my flickr page out and comment on my work ;P Its maybe not the greatest in the world but I just started ATCs not too long ago!

I like N&N FBs, decos, and slams. Usually I swap in small-ish quantities (quality over quantity, please!)

Currently I am not into x-slips. Label and sticker bags are okay.

I am also interested in other types of swaps such as stickers, ATCs, and other craft things.

I can make you address labels in exchange for things like stickers, (new) US postage stamps, envelopes, yarn, and other.

Please do NOT send me mommy FBs, as I am not a mommy.

Please do NOT send me religious items.

As I am currently trying to "de-stash" please try to avoid sending me scrapbooking paper or notecards/greeting cards.

Please no bloody, gruesome, violent, or otherwise "explicit/graphic" items. No profanity.

Some things that I love to receive include:

ATC sized papers

Scraps of ribbon or lace (at least 3" long)

Pretty or cute stickers

Ephemera, esp vintage and Asian themes

Deco tape (esp Washi)

Glass beads

Pens, esp. Jelly Roll or Micron

Distressing supplies (walnut ink, etc)

Milk chocolate and interesting candies (I like most nuts - but not cashews).

Things with a romantic or Victorian feel

Teas (but I don't like green or rooibos)

Gothic Lolita related items

Steampunk related items

Panda, Asian, Kitty-cat, or penguin items

Some things I prefer to not receive:

Bulky, 3-d stickers

Reward stickers or other stickers meant for small children

Plastic beads or jewelry making supplies that are made from "mystery" metal.

Green Tea

Coffee

Perfumes / body washes / or cosmetics (because I prefer to use organic / all natural products)

Pencils

Notebooks / diaries / notepads (I already have way too many of these! lol)
