I am a 28 year old necklace and shoe whore, who loves shopping, flowers and art. I recently became interested in vintage jewerly, mostly 1950s style. I enjoy cooking and baking and I am always looking for new recipes or cookbooks. I have been married for four years to my husband. We LOVE to travel both within the US and overseas. We collect shotglasses from all the places we have been as well as places friends and family have been. I have a large family, I am the youngest of 5 girls. Between my sisters I have 6 nieces, 3 nefews and counting : ) I enjoy spending my free time outside with friends and family, gardening, or just lying around reading a book/magizine. I also love to decorate our house. I like unique one-of-a-kind pieces on a budget, which can be hard to come by, I always searching for new pieces of art and furniture to add to our house.

I love girly books, not the romancey love books, but the funny ones you can relate to. I also read a fair amout of books based on true stories from Chelsea Handler books to The Schapelle Corby story. I also like Dean Koontz and Stephen King,

I watch a lot of movies. My favorite are comedy and horror flix. I love the classic 80's movies like Sixteen Candles and Fast times at Ridgemont High. I will watch almost any type of movie. Some of my favorites include: Dumb and Dumber, Stir of Echos, She's having a Baby, The Shining, Role Models, Super Troopers, Superbad, Amityville Horror, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and National Lampoons Christmas Vacations, and of Course How the Grinch Stole Christmas (cartoon, not movie)

I am in LOVE with Progect Runway, if only I could be so talented. I am a huge Lost fan, HGTV, food network and the Travel channel.

I enjoy oil or acrylic painting. Making invitations and thank you cards. I also just got awesome frabic from NYC and my sister helped me make curtains. I would like to get a sewing machine and start making my own curtains and tablecloths. My goal for the end of the year is to learn sew, with a good end result. I am also trying to make my own gift tags as well.
