I am the mother of two grown daughters, both are married and on their own. The oldest has made me a Nana x4 and I love it! We moved from Florida to the mountains a couple years ago and I feel like I've finally come home! I crochet, cross-stich and do small sewing projects. I love to play on Pogo(internet game site). I like all the seasons except summer, too hot! Winter is my favorite!

I guess you would say my music taste is very narrow....I like mostly country music. I do expand my horizans occasionally but I don't care for most of the newer music. I'm stuck in the oldies. I listen to a variety of music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

I read alot but mostly in spells, I will get in those "reading moods" every couple months or so and read everything I can find by my favorite authors and reread some of the older ones. My favorite authors include Kathleen Woodiwiss (I have worn out a couple of her books), Stephanie Laurens, Shannon Drake, and Heather Graham. Historical Romance are my favorites but I will throw in something different every now and then (mostly self help or learning a new craft)

I think favorite movies are something that changes depending on what you have seen recently. All time favorites that never grow old are John Wayne movies, most WWII movies and disaster films (Twister, Volcano, Day After Tomorrow, etc.)

I do watch alot of TV, mostly in the evening while I'm working on something or playing on the computer. CSI:NY, Bones, Numbers, Supernatural, NCIS to mention a few. I like to watch old tv shows like MASH, Daniel Boone, Little House on the Prairie.

My favorite color is blue, but I like most colors. I collect crafts and ideas to do with my grandkids. I love christmas! It's my favorite time of year!! Things I like to receive: stickers, note cards, small crochet or cross stitch patterns, beads, buttons. I can't think of much to put under dislikes, I'm not real fond of dark colors. I don't do scrapbooks so can't really use that kind of stuff. I'm sure I will love anything I get!!
