Comment: Mellie got in touch a few weeks ago (two weeks after the swap was supposed to be completed)and apologised the swap hadn't been sent as she'd been sick. I hate giving bad ratings, but unfortunately, I still haven't received anything, or a reply to my messages. I hope she's OK.
