About Me

I'm 28, live in Sheffield, England with my three sons [ages 5, 4 and 3], my partner and our three cats. I am a full-time mum at the moment, my youngest is still in nursery and my eldest has autism so is still adjusting to full-time school.

I love to read [anything but romance or military fiction I suppose], write, snail mail penpal & swap FBs etc, listen to music, sing and play guitar, learn languages [currently Latin and Japanese], cook, and be outside in nature. I am a vegetarian, and pagan [or "hedgewitch"], but very open-minded [meaning if you are a Christian who eats meat I am not going to be bothered in the slightest - you're who you are, I'm who I am!].

I love Tarot and the I Ching, philosophy, science, folklore, history, cultures. Most of my clothes and books were bought second-hand -- I love second-hand shopping. Suppose I'm a bit of a nerdy hippie, oh well.

I also love kawaii stationery, anything purple, stuff that smells like jasmine or fruit, candles and incense, and mystical / spiritual trinkets, and anything with faeries. AND I'm bonkers over anything to do with the Harry Potter series, Bruce Lee and Jack Kerouac.

Comment: Lovely teas from over the water! Thank you so much! I also tend to create my own stationery from magazines, but am also prone to finding lone discard cards at thrift stores to use. I love to make envelopes from magazine pages!
Response: I do the magazine page envelopes a lot too! wow :) I'm so glad you didn't mind the notecard. I'll be on the lookout in charity shops for the lonely cards now, good idea :) Happy you enjoyed the swap!
