I've been swapping under the username kismet09 online since 2000, back then through nervousness.org, and more recently just through little swaps on livejournal and knitblogs. I'm a knitter/spinner/dyer, and a competitive Scrabble player.

One of my favorite things to receive is simple - something handwritten: a note, a list, what you did today - I love the personalization of something written by hand.

My favorite colors are deep, dark ones - cranberry, indigo, forest green, steel grey...

I'm a huge foodie - recipes, odd ingredients to add to my repertoire, quirky cooking tools or serving items... and chocolate and sweets are always welcomed.

I have a small collection of dragons (dragon is my Chinese zodiac sign, and I have the kanji symbol for dragon tattooed on my shoulder blade).
