I started my crafting journey July 2019 by joining various Facebook groups and absolutely fell in love with creating and swapping. There’s nothing like sending and receiving handcrafted things. Super excited to be a part of the swapbot community!

I'm married with no kids. We adopted 2 cats in July 2020 and it’s been an experience since. I live in a cozy little apartment near Madison, WI, where there are lots of parks and lakes and it's absolutely gorgeous on nice spring, summer, and fall days. When I'm not writing penpal letters or crafting, I'm baking, cooking, reading light romance books, or watching random YouTube videos.

I did start a YouTube channel (linked above) where I showcase some hauls, incoming mail, and outgoing mail. I’m a very shy person so I started this channel in hopes of getting more comfortable speaking. I also have an Instagram page where I post crafts I dabble in. If you also have an Insta, I would be honored if we followed each other!

I like anything cute. I understand ‘cute’ is a bit subjective but I am not super picky. I am also into bright and colorful over neutrals and browns (things that have a very vintage look to them isn’t my jam). That being said, I recently got into journaling because of happy mail I got from someone here! If anyone has any recommendations on where I can get high quality journaling supplies, I am all ears (or eyes, I guess lol).

I also love florals, disney characters, and anything sparkly. I do cuss a little ;)…okay, a fair bit lol so not offended by anything that contains adult language.

My favorite colors are purple, teal, and pink. I enjoy other colors too, but these are my top 3.

Favorite Holidays for Crafting: Halloween, Christmas, and Easter. If you’re into these holidays as well, I typically host a couple of craft-related swaps during these seasons.

I used to have an A-Z like list but it was a bit restrictive (for me). I honestly am not particular and love mostly anything that’s not on my dislike list. I feel that I am way too unseasoned in the crafting world to have one and dabbling in different mediums and receiving things that I normally wouldn’t is one way I am able to grow and learn. I respect and greatly admire folks who know and have strong likes and dislikes but that’s just not me.

While I like Halloween crafting, I'm not much for horror or gory.

Please no religious items! Or anything political.

Gnomes give me the ick. I have no clue why, but I just shudder lol. Probably because I don’t truly understand the hype. If someone can explain the hype, please please do so, haha

Snakes. I can’t. They’re not cute. They’re creepy.

I have fur babies who enjoy opening happy mail with me so please no loose glitter or unsealed sequins mixes. One of my weirdo cats is into eating stuff he shouldn’t.

I do have some things I would love to add to my craft stash:

• colored vellum paper or pockets
• journaling items (anything since I am new to it)
• recipe cards (odd I know lol)
• unused forever stamps
• anything with dolphins
• anything with cats
• mail themed stamped images

In cases where you haven't received my mail within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me directly. It may be that it was simply lost in the mail, as that can happen.

I do try my best to apply more postage than probably required but if you find yourself charged for extra postage for the mail I’ve sent, please, please reach out!

If I haven’t rated you within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out. I access swapbot via phone so I may have forgotten to save. I am fairly heart forward, unless zero effort is put in. I put a lot of effort in my swaps and it can be quite the bummer when I receive swaps that are obviously low effort (scraps, unfinished or sticker slapped work).
