Back from a year long hiatus. If I owe you a tag please message me the details so I can set things right. I will do a number of RAK's to try and regain some good standing in the swapping community. I am truly sorry for taking off like that. My personal life was rocky, though that is no excuse for flaking. I look forward to swapping again.
-Crochet
-Kids Crafts
-Sewing
-Beading/ Jewelry
-All sorts of small crafts
Everything, literally. I will switch from Shakespeare to Harlequin, and then a sociological text on the cast system of India. My husband says it makes him dizzy. :)
I am allergic to bananas, mango and kiwis. So if we do a candy or tea swap please try to avoid these things.
I check things before I eat them, but it is disappointing to get a package that I have to give away. Also I am not Christian, so I would ask for no items in that faith.
Though I am thrilled to make you something pertaining to your faith, just let me know what you would like.
I am trying my hand at free form crochet. I am hoping to do a bedspread eventually. So any motifs or small bits and pieces of crochet are welcome. Even test swatches are welcome! An actual scrumble would be beyond fantastic.
Also:
FROGS (i am perhaps a bit obsessed really)
-Yarn ( your ends are my fantastic find)
-Cloth Ribbon
-Interesting Buttons ( i do not mind singles as I almost never use them in pairs)
-Small Note Cards
-Tea, Hot Chocolate
-Candy
-Unusual Beads
-Small Charms
-Chocolate
-Pens/ Pencils
-Stickers
-Anything unusual, I like the quirky and odd :).
ATC's and skinny's also sound lovely
I share a house with 2 wonderful little boys a wonderfully nerdy husband and a strange menagerie of animals. I would love items for other members of my family. The boys love craft and art, as well as all things construction or heavy machinery. My husband is a fan of all things geek/ video game, interesting beers, and really dark roast coffee.
Homo sapiens who dwell in crystalline domiciles should refrain from hurling geometrically-shaped projectiles.
A spasmodic movement of optic is as adequate in each and every respect to an inclination of the cranium to an equine quadruped devoid of its visionary powers.
I have been asked what type of geek I am for one of the swaps, as well as if I would find something offensive so I thought I would add a note here. I am a huge literature geek, I have a degree in English Lit. and love all things book related. (I have an almost unhealthy love of my Kobo.) As well I will not be shocked by the X-rated (Though put a red dot on it so I don't open it in front of my young children.) Whatever you send me will not be too weird, strange, or offensive, as long as it is not racist or homophobic. I am open minded to the point where it may fall out on me, and I love a good joke even at my expense as long as it is all in good fun.
