I am going to be away for a bit while I do some traveling. I'll be back around in July.

I am totally not a girly-girl! I live in Jeans and T-shirts.

I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. I am in my late 40s and work in costuming in the theatre.

I recycle or "up-cycle" EVERYTHING! I see new uses and projects in so-called trash. Including packaging! I can't throw away a bubble envie that has only been used once!

I do mostly fabric crafts, paper crafts, and collage. Sometimes I use all fabric so that I don't loose the hand of the fabric for ATC.

I can't draw unless you want stick figures; I can do a mean stick figure. :)

I love handmade. I would always love a handmade item even if the swap calls for purchased!!

Post Cards - I have been making a lot of PCs lately and I always prefer to receive handmade ones for swaps. So, if you want to send a handmade PC even in a "purchased PC" swap, please do!

I also prefer any pc in a plastic sleeve. The machines are so hard on pcs now that most of the commercial ones I get have big worn white blobs in the center. BUT - PLEASE don't cover your handmade PC with tape! I'd rather it be in an envelope...

I love Halloween crafting all year round. I constantly add to my spooky crafting supplies whenever I find them.

I love Teesha Moore inspired padded patches!! I have been making and trading, so let me know if you'd like to do a swap.

I love batik fabrics, fabrics with small prints other than flowers, fun colored rick-rack, interesting buttons, unusual ribbons and lace

I craft a lot of ATCs, Tags, Postcards and Junk Journals.

I love dragons, dragons, dragons, gargoyles, fairies, mermaids, octopi, Celtic art, Mythological creatures, old school "oops" style pinup girls, Alice in Wonderland, The Emerald City (from Wizard of Oz) and did I mention dragons. :)

I love unusual or NON-Disney fairy tale images (think Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid, etc).

I love Highland Cows! Images or art using realistic photos of them are always appreciated.

I love Edward Gorey!

I collect artist made earrings. I love original works that I can wear around.

I love dark colors (black, purple, maroon, blue, etc).
I also love jewel tones. I'm not a big fan of pink/pastels or muddy greens.

I collect 1976 drummer boy Quarters (Bicentennial), space postage stamps, Matryoshka dolls (Russian nesting dolls), cloisonne jewelry.

I always love to get interesting die cuts (especially lacy ones or ones that have a lot of cut out space), Halloween paper crafting supplies, beautiful/interesting papers, interesting colored paper doilies

I use a lot of tape runners, Elmer's Craft Bond glue sticks, little tubes of E6000, double sided craft tape

Not so fond of:

Please no alcohol related items. I'm sober for over 5 years and going strong.

Zines - sorry, but getting a color copy of something is not my desire.

Please nothing political from any party.

I don't like scented things (like soap, lotion, potpouri, etc). Nor do I wear makeup.

I am not the biggest fan of things overly "cutesie" (big eye dolls and kids, etc). Disney is not my favorite, but I'm easy going.

I don't have a use for kid related, wedding, scrapbooking or decorative items, altered match boxes or mini zines.

I don't use any modern ephemera (like current movie tickets or random flyers); I just don't have a use for it.

I don't really have a use for bookmarks unless they are something that is an image from one of my likes that I can use in my junk journals. I'm a kindle girl :)

I don't drink tea. so please pass it on to someone else; I'm a coffee gal.

Please don't send anything that can melt in the tropical heat. ie. chocolate, lip balm, candy, etc

And as much as I like snacks, please don't send things like granola bars and Nutragrain bars. They usually arrive mangled and I can get them at the local grocery.
