I'm on a creative journey to find my own artistic style, to become a true fiber artist. I'm also a wife, a mother and the owner and creator of Little Star, a business that inspires me and reminds me there are so many others that create within their everyday lives...

My last quilt was chosen as part of the MY PLACE travelling quilt exhibition that will be travelling 3 countries.

I've been frantically making fabric postcards and other fiber art pieces the last few months, and is enjoying every minute! I'm trying not to spend too much time doing emails and admin, so my blog and all photo albums are way out of date!

Love pop, rock and South African music. Counting Crows is my favorite overseas band and Chris Chameleon my South African favorite!

Anything on art, fiber art, feltmaking, collage, and any handwork really! I love Quilting Arts magazine and Cloth Paper Scissors. We don't get these locally, so I've subscribed not to miss any issues!

With a 4-year old in the house, Disney is ranked number 1! Otherwhise I just watch what is on.....can never remember any movie names.... I've also got a few quilting arts dvds that I love watching while I work.

Quilting, I paint, love using my embellisher, can do wet and dry felting, beadwork, cross stitch and I can even crochet edges round stuff. Love learning new techniques and got a studio full of stuff that is waiting to be used if I can just find the time!

I've joined a few fiber art groups on Yahoo and have been exchanging fiber postcards, ATCs and bookmarks. Have recently signed up for the Dotee Dolls and a 6 x 6" quiltie. No greater pleasure in life than being amongst fabric!
