I'm an artist, writer, gardener, photographer, geek, dork and chef. I work in the education sector and am constantly learning and growing with in it.

I adore my work in education, my beagle, my beloved. We live cozy little apartment, just right for two with rambling gardens filled with lilac, dogwood and tulips.

I live in the south of Tasmania and love to spend time in the wild and rugged landscape. There's nothing I love more than driving to see the magnificent rock formations and waterfalls, the craggy coastlines and the dusky bushlands around our city home.

My music style and taste is wide and varied, give me a genre and I'll find you a song I like. My first loves were The Beatles, Ella Fitzgerald, Show Tunes, Joe Cocker, Billy Thorpe and ... oh gosh there's just a lot, ok ;) ?

I again find it hard to fit my self into one catagory or the other. I love minimalist eco chic designs, neutrals with a pop of neon or sleek modern lines with no fuss and just crisp elegance.

But on the flip side i love poppy, bright colours and mixing prints and patterns. Oh being a Libran is so hard, we just seem to adore everything ...

I shy away from things that to my eye seem trashy of cutesy, with out any hint of irony to them (if that makes sense)

I also tend to shy away from things that are affiliated with companies like Disney and the like. I'm not so keen on cutsey brands, but I do enjoy what might be considered Kawaii, because the designs are a little more to my taste.

I love vintage, more so than things that are made to look vintage for the sake of it. Mostly, this is because 'vintage' implies age and with age comes history and a story. That's why things of this nature, are a treasure.

The natural world inspires and delights me, I love anything natural and simple. Beauty is found in so much of the natural world that surrounds us.

I love to tie-dye and stud, I love to rework fashion and create new things from scratch.

All in all my loves and likes are eclectic and varied, I'm sorry I'm not easy to pop into a category and make this less painful ;)
