I consider myself a mixed artist because I don't just focus on one way of creating art. I knit, crochet, sew. And while my first love has always been and most likely will always be fabric, I have learned over the past several years, that I have become as addicted to paper and most anything to do with it as I became to fabric and textiles. I began my journey quilting and making cloth doll - all types from Raggedys and Primitives to Art Dolls and Whimsical Creatures. About 7 yrs ago, paper entered my life and slowly, but most assuredly, my Sewing Room became my Craft Room and I've been totally hooked on paper, the embellishments, and of course the machines one uses in scrapbooking ever since. I've recently ventured into art journaling and mixed media art, but my introduction to papercrafts was through making cards and creating mini albums. It's funny, what I do is called scrapbooking, but I've only made about 5 actual scrapbook layouts. and mini albums are art journaling, card making, making mini books.
Please do not send me any religious material of any sort.

FOODS: I luv, luv, luv Seafood - Crabs, Lobster, Shrimp; favorite restaurant is Joe's Crab Shack, but I also like Red Lobster and Outback. I luv Cajun/Mexican - I don't have a favorite restaurant, but I love pork or chicken with red or black beans and rice. When I'm in the mood for Italian food, I usually go to Olive Garden. I like Chinese food and even though I don't have a favorite restaurant, the dishes I most often purchase are Crispy Prawns & Walnuts, Chicken & Broccoli (spicy), Shrimp w/ Lobster Sauce and Shrimp Fried Rice. For desert, I like lemon ice cream (which is almost impossible to find) and sweet potato pie.
Gothic or Steampunk.
