Hello! My name is Brandy and I love snail mail! My email is blmowery1@gmail.com I have a few long time pen pals, but I always love new friends! I am a second year special educator! I love to read and would be interested in a book swap. I also love crafting and making decorated letters. I am engaged to the love of my life. She is the best and keeps me grounded. We have two cats and we just bought our first home. I am obsessed with cats, books, Harry Potter, Disney, Harley Quinn and Jurassic park. My soon to be wife loves and collects Scooby Doo.

I like many types of music, but pop and r&b are my favorite! I really enjoy Demi Lovato. Their journey has been amazing to watch and I love their music. So many of their songs are relatable and I love to listen to them. Another favorite is Kelly Clarkson, but again I listen to most types of music.

I LOVE to read. A few of my favorite books are Harry Potter (obviously) Night Circus, The Queen of the Tearling trilogy, Wonder Woman: Warbringer and many more! I just finished reading Bridgerton and now I am reading Sold on a Monday. I read just about anything. I also love women's powerful self help book. Untamed by Glennon Doyle is one of my favorites.

I don’t really watch many movies, but Disney is my favorite! I also like superhero movies. Bird's of Prey is my current favorite. I love Harry Potter, but I'm not as much of a fan of the movies. The books are 1000 times better. I feel that way about most movie adaptations.

I don’t really watch a lot of tv either, but right now Harley Quin on HBO max. My wife and I watch Charmed, Speechless, This is Us, Will and Grace and Steven Universe. I also LOVE watching the Masked Singer and the Masked Dancer.

My absolute favorite is going to the thrift store and finding something to upcycle or flip! I also like painting and creating beautiful decor for our home. I got a Cricut cutting machine last year, so I am learning to make new things and learning different tricks to using it.

Halloween- Witchy, mystical, old timey apothecary, Victorian/vintage Halloween things, black cats, voodoo, tarot cards, vampires, blood, skulls, owls, anything black and spooky, horror books (Darcy Bell or Jonathan Janz), crystals

Christmas- snowmen, Santa, reindeer, snowflakes, music, animals in winter clothes

Halloween- clowns(I HATE them), gore

Christmas- anything preachy/religious. I don't mind nativity items or things with stars. I don't particularly like bible verses though.
