In my early years on Swap-bot, I participated in swaps like this and enjoyed them. The goal is to have the same partner for all four weeks. You will rate your partner at the end of the four weeks. You will send flat mail each week, on Tuesdays. I am making this a Type 3 swap because it’s more involved than a simple flat mail swap. This swap will run for FOUR weeks. There will be a theme for each week. We will send out our items each TUESDAY of the new week. Please post in the comment section of this swap each week you send. Also, please send a message to let your partner know you mailed.. If you think you can't do all four weeks, please don’t join. Here is the schedule: *September 7 (Week 1) Write your partner and introduce yourself in a letter. Write about your life, your hobbies, what you did the day you wrote the letter, etc. This can be as long as short as you prefer, with a folded notecard being the minimum length. *September 14 (Week 2) Send a post card to your partner. Sender’s choice. *September 21 (Week 3) Write your partner a letter include your favorite recipe or instructions for a quick craft project *September 28 (Week 4) Send something flat to your partner that is profile-based. Sender’s choice. Please include a letter with your item. You can write about whatever topics you wish. OPTIONAL: If you’d like, you can respond to your sender each week to really get to know each other. I am making this US only because we are mailing for four weeks and perhaps exchanging between partners. If you’d like to make an international version, please do it! I will carefully vet participants to assure a safe and drama free swap. I will be looking for well completed profiles and no recent 1’s or 3’s or late swaps on your dashboard. I will angel if you notify me your partner did not complete the swap by the end of October and you rate a 1. | |
