You will send one handmade item of a sea creature, existing, mythical or fictional to one partner. The item can be anything from amigurumi to a drawing, as long as you made it. It is senders choice. Send something you would like to receive. You will have three weeks to make the item, so there is time for customizing it to your partner if you want. This swap is international. You must have a completed profile, no 1 ratings, and no unexplained 3 ratings. Newbies with a completed profile allowed.

Is there a minimum size or can a person send an ATC?

I think so according to the description. Although not everybody collects them.

it is open to anything handmade, and there is enough time to customize to your partner, so if they collect ATCs and you make one that would work.
