Edited...This means absolutely no pre-cut cheap fabrics that are sold in bulk in craft isles of stores like Walmart. These are NOT quality fabrics!

You will have TWO PARTNERS

Send each partner:

Twenty (20) different Five (5) INCH Charms

I am keeping the swap open for 3 weeks for joining, planning and collecting the fabrics, but only 3 days to get the swap in the mail once the swap closes.

ANGELING DISCLAIMER I will not angel this swap. I apologize for this, but I am just a fellow member looking to swap with like-minded, responsible quilters like myself. I am not in this to play insurance agent, but am in this for the fun and sharing. I neither have the time nor the funds to make up for the short-comings of others. Since I cannot confirm one person has flaked another, nor am able to tell if a swapper is just being greedy looking for seconds, I will not become involved. I will trust in the Swap-Bot system of ratings for participant selections that will hopefully weed out flakers and will not swap with a person who has flaked me personally including not allowing them to join any swap that I am coordinating - plain and simple! That is the best I can do as a coordinator. Thank you for understanding

You must have a rating of 4.9 or greater to join - but if you'd like to swap with me personally please do PM me and we'll set something up

Happy Swapping Everyone

Wow! I LOVE the quilt you have posted in the photo with this swap! It must be paper pieced to get those circle and wedge shapes pieced correctly. Can you share the source of this pattern? I'm always intrigued by the circle and dot quilts I see in magazines. Will watch for the time being, but would love to join this swap. Any possibility on taking a chance on a newbie? A private swap would be fun, too.

The swap title says 5" squares and in the body of the swap you say 6" squares.

Yes, same question... is it 5" or 6" squares?

SewMagic 02/24/2011 #

What is a brushed cotton material?

Adda 03/ 2/2011 #

Does it have to be new fabric, can´t it come from your stash if its quality fabrics even though its an older one?

I have a lot of vintage polkadot fabric, including dotted swiss (with raised white dots). I'd like to collect enough dotted swiss for a quilt project, so would be interested in receiving more. I can send out both modern and/or vintage polkadots, would love to get dotted swiss back if anyone has it available but -ALL- polkadots are welcome here. Let's see how the swap goes, and please contact me separately if you have any dotted swiss (scraps OK) you'd like to trade for.
