Altered Playing Cards International (HEARTS)

Much thanks to Fingers Inc.(Colleen)for inviting me to start this swap. I missed the first round of the Hearts. I have put the dates to fit in amongst the other APC swaps, but not interfere with the send dates.

We will be making a total of 9 Altered Playing Cards to send to total of 3 partners. (3 each to 3 partners = 9 cards). Using background of the suit of HEARTS. Then add what ever picture and embellishments you like.
