wildflower atc

hi ya , just a quickie to introduce myself , i have been on this forum for about 2/3 weeks now , and have sent a few atc,s out and have received some lovely ones back, i have been making atc,s now for approx 4 weeks so is very new to this but proud myself in what i do with my atc,s . by doing atc,s is helping alot by swaying myself to do my scrpbooks for my grandchildren, and looking at things more differently. think i have said enough for now, will enjoy taking part in this atc swop.

Greetings! I love ATCs and live near the gorgeous Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center so this swap will be a great incentive to get over there with my camera this season. What a happy-making theme!

I like the sound of this but have never made an ATC before. Is there a set size? Are there any special rules?

Hi. I have done my homework and found out a lot about ATC's so have decided to participate in this swap. I am a newbie - just sent my first package away today. It is not Spring in Australia, but Autumn, but there are still quite a few flowers around.

If you live in the U.S., by the time you send out your package postage will be 41 cents. :)

In Australia domestic mail is 50c, and an envelope to anywhere else is $1.95! Postcards are $1.25.

You Americans have been enjoying cheap postage for so long you've gotten used to it! :)

Are we getting addresses soon? (It's 14th here already!)

I know - I believe we have the cheapest mail anywhere in the world! We are very lucky. I just mentioned it because we just had a rate hike (but you're right - still VERY cheap!)

Why are postcards so expensive in Australia? Here in the States it's actually about 10 cents CHEAPER to send one!

Help....I used to have a template to make labels for my ATCs, but somewhere in cleaning up my documents I deleted it. I was something I downloaded and could either be printed on a whole sheet or on 2 x 4 1/4 labels.
