Legend says that Trouble (or worry) Dolls can help you solve your problems or ease your troubles while you sleep. If you have a problem, situation, or are in need of a helping hand you whisper your troubles to your doll. Then place your doll underneath your pillow and it is said that when you wake up your troubles will have a solution. Let's make some worry or trouble dolls in mixed media fashion. Yarn, wood cuts, fabric, floss, paint, sewing, knitting, whatever you can come up with. Let your imagination run. Create something you would love to receive. Traditionally they come in sixes but for this swap let's make 3 to send to your partner. Make some kind of fabric bag or fabric envelope to store the dolls in. Doll should be about one to four inches tall. You could also include some accessories. Happy Creating. I did not post a video because I want you to use your own creativity. There are plenty of examples on the net and Utube if you need a little help. This is a newby friendly swap but I will be looking at ratings and reserve the right to exclude for recent unresolved 3s or 1s. Also this is a USA only.

I'm not sure how you can "decide how many (between 1 to 3) with your partner" because your sending to and receiving from partners are different people.

I am used to doing another swap site. I will change it to senders choice. I do think you could email each other. This is my first swap hosting on here. Thanks for your input.

May I suggest that for this first swap you just pick a number. I would suggest 3... so the requirement would be that we would make and send 3 dolls to 1 partner... on this site you never send to the same person you receive from except in the case of private swaps set up between 2 people... I see that someone has started an international version of this - that's so nice!

@Paulaeliza hi! please note that I joined the USA group not the international group because I will be in the USA during the time of this sap and for 2 months afterwards. I will change my address before this swap begins. Sorry if that's confusing!
