Comment: Unsurprisingly, nothing sent or received. Should Jenny return to SwapBot and make good on past swaps, I will be glad to re-rate at that time. Particularly disappointing as this was a swap which she hosted in the first place, but not particularly surprising.

Comment: Please don't sign up for swaps that you have no intention of fulfilling. this is called "swaplifting" and is stealing. You haven't sent anything to me for "ATC List Swap". It's not the value, it's the principle. You don't even bother to make up an excuse.
