Comment: You created something so beautiful with all the journaling and the title work Traditions with the different letter fonts. And those images scattered throughout the page. I love that style and that is more along the lines of what I plan to do for my memory keeping and junk journaling next year. I actually wish we could do a swap like this next year but more in the style of journaling and just being free to include anything we want and not have to follow any theme at all. Like you, We want to replace our carpet ( we have wall to wall in our house & it's over 25 yrs. old ) and remodel our 2 bathrooms. We have both floors redone in both bathrooms. But we want a new tub in the one & new shower stall in the other. But we have to one thing a year, due money being tight.

It starts on Dec 1 st and it’s about capturing the magic that happens in December and documenting a page a day December 1st -December 24 th😀 You can include pictures or write about what you did that day etc. if you go on YouTube and search December Daily flip throughs a bunch of inspirational videos will pop up! Let me know if you do it 😀 Lastly, don’t feel like you have to have all Christmas paper or supplies you could use plain white paper it’s about documenting your magical month of December, and being able to capture those moments and look back on them in a few years😀

Response: I would recommend watching treasure books on YouTube or ThePaperoutpost on YouTube. Both of these ladies are wonderful, and they teach beginners how to create junk journals with what they have! For example, using a cereal box for the cover, or packaging for the cover and junk mail envelopes.... Also, just have fun 😀 Junk journals are used to create and have fun, no stress involved!
