I have been cross stitching for about 38 years. I have made bookmarks, wall hangings, and most recently earrings and pendants, some of which can be found in my shop !

My name is Stacey, Age 47. I have lived in Petaluma, California, all of my life, though I have travelled a lot when I was a kid -- through 13 of the United States and Canada. I would love to go to Ireland, Germany, or England someday (the places where I have roots).

Looking at things here with swaps and stuff, I wonder--what do people have against Zazzle post cards? ;(

As far as music goes, I like Christian music, but when I say that, I mean old - style hymns.

Artist wise I like the Gaithers and Homecoming Friends.

I read voraciously as a child, unfortunately as an adult, I don't have as much time. When I was in elementary school my fave book of all time was Summer of the Monkeys by Wilson Rawls. In Jr. High, the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

So many over the years. I prefer family friendly movies. Some of my faves are:

Goonies, the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, the Spy Kids Movies, CARS, Despicable Me, Minions (Bob is my fave minion).

I like a lot of older shows, and yes, cartoons. I find most of the "comedy" geared toward adults nowadays to be downright repulsive or stupid. :(

I like the original CSI (with William Petersen), Quantum Leap, X-Files, FRINGE, the Closer/Major Crimes

MacGuyver, NCIS LA, NCIS New Orleans

Naruto, Gravity Falls, Milo Murphy's Law, Phineas and Ferb,

I have done counted cross stitch since I was about nine years old. I have made bookmarks, wall hangings, and magnets with that type of needle work.

Most recently, I have discovered Artist Trading Cards. I usually do ameteur/abstract painting or collage on those. I admit I am not a very good artist hand-drawing wise, though I've done a couple of hand-drawn ATCs.

I like to sing, play word/hidden object/match 3 games on Facebook, Big Fish Games and Wild Tangent. I also like word searches, writing to pen pals, and taking pictures (the latter being ameteur also). .
