Hello! My name is Emily. I love to make things and buy cute things such as memo pads, pencils, pens, erasers, stationary, etc. I am a big stationary junkie! I love to make things for other people and love writing and receiving snail mail from pen pals all over the world! Anything handmade by someone is great to have or just anything someone has picked out for you. I love animal designs and bright happy colorful things. I live to draw and do art as well as give that art to others. I work hard to give others something unusual/unique/creative and just generally something that they would want to receive from a friend ... basically something they will use and love because they actually like it.

I really love to listen to anything as well as experience new genres of music. Anything that gets me moving or jamming is good. I love international music and experienceing new sounds from all over the worl, both new and traditional because there is nothing like experiencing a new sound for the first time!

I really love to read anything that sparks immagination or thought. Picking up a new book or even a book from the library about anything is really amazing to me. I love books on learning languages because I am a language junkie! I also love classical literature but if there is one book that I would absolutely positively have to choose as my favorite it would be "Sophie's World" by Jostein Gaarder and is about philosophy. It REALLY makes you think and wonder about the world!

I love making things and giving handmade things to other people. My passion is drawing and painting, but I also love to make stuffed plushies when the time and immagination allows! Color is wonderful and Michael's is an artist's best friend! I like stikcers that glitter and pop out on a page as well as things that are bright and colorful and when the occasion calls for it...pink!

I really adore languages and learning new ones. Linked to that, I love having penpals and writing to them by both "snail mail" and emails. You can discover such wonderful, new, and amazing things just by speaking with someone from a different culture than yours and speaking with them can really help you improve your language skills as well! (google search "students of the world" for an absoultely amazing penpal experience!!)

My favorite color is red. I love anything hand-made with care! Anything cute and anything that puts a smile on someone else's face. I like listening to new music and reading great stuff. I really love learning languages as well as anything that has to do with stationary. I love unique candy that I can't find in the U.S., anthing to do with new york city's chinatown, little italy, as well as the japanese area (you know that kinokuniya bookstore and st. mark's place!!). Things with gold designs and frilly patterns. anythingthing that makes you scream from cuteness overload!

BLACK LICORICE! Any type of hardcore religious designs or anything to do with that area. Quilt-patterned stickers. otherwise I'm open to what offers come my way!

I love anything with faces and anything cute! Food with faces, little animals, stationary, pens, pencils, anything made by Kamio, Crux, Q-Lia, or San-x! Anything that has that certain "kawaii" quality. :)
