I am currently a chemistry graduate student. Yes, I embrace my nerdiness!

I can be a little....let's say ecletic. I don't really fit into a "click". Just read below and you'll see why!

I am kind of a fan of everything. A current list of CDs in my car include Norah Jones, GreenDay, Opera Favorites, Doobie Brothers....yes, a wide range. I am also intrigued by interesting instrumental music.

Harry Potter, Medicine Man, Disney, The Thomas Crown Affair, Clue....there are just so many!

The West Wing...all time favorite, own all 7 seasons. I am also a fan of Little House on the Prarie and Star Trek:TNG

Currently on-air favs: Grey's Anatomy, 24, Studio 60, Smallville, Lost, Gilmore Girls

Knitting, crochet, sewing.....basically, if it is crafty, I like it. Here's a little about the crafts I do regularly.

Knitting - I am an avid sock knitter...but most of them are still in skeins! - I knit alot of baby/toddler stuff for my little cousins. Their mommas are quite appreciative and are willing to handwash anything I send them. - I am a fan of bamboo DPNs...tried ML and 2on2 and it didn't take. - My standard yarns that are kept around are Cascade 220, Patons Merino, Lorna's Laces (addict!), Cherry Tree Hill, Lavold Silky Wool

Sewing - Most of my projects include quilts, bags, simple dresses, and needle rolls.
- I pretty much deal in cotton exclusively. Gets hot here in Texas! - I am always on the lookout for simple, cotton dress patterns.
