I am a married mother of one daughter. We live on a ranch and have our own separate farm within that ranch. My hubby drives concrete truck. I'm a stay at home mom with a veterinary technicians degree. I love anything to do with homesteading and farms.I love hanging out with Lilly, my daughter and doing crafts or games with her. Problem is that she was born 2/20/08 so there isn't a whole lot she can do yet! She learns more every day though. We own goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, cats, rabbits, and hopefully more soon.

My favorite books tend to be anything with animals in them or about animals. I also like romances or fantasy.

Some of my favorite authors are Jude Deveraux, James Herriot, Jane Lindskold, Terry Brooks If planning to send me a book by one of these authors I would appreciate being asked first so I can tell you if I already own it. Thanks!

My favorite movies have always been kids movies, I've just never grown up I guess. I also like comedies and some romances.

We don't have television. We have a television but we live out in the middle of nowhere and decided to enjoy life by doing activities together rather than spending extra money for TV. We do borrow series from the library to watch and my favorites are Greys anatomy and any of the CSI's

crafts....I'm not really good at crafts...I do some cross-stitch and am learning crochet but my "crafts" tend to be building projects instead, like hayfeeders and chicken coops and goat barns...you get the idea..

I have two dogs, three cats, currently 3+ goats (two temporaries were born on the 25th of march, they have new homes when they are weaned), 2+ rabbits (8 babies, not permanent residents), and chickens, ducks, turkeys. Would love to have pigs, horses, and cattle as well but haven't gotten to that point.

I love unicorns, large cats (tigers,cheetahs, etc), Stickers of all kinds, I've been collecting the stickers since I was five, writing books (one chapter every two years, even though Id like to have the time to do it more often, no one wants to read what Ive written anyways ;) ), vegetable and flower stuff (especially heirloom seeds), any animal or medical related items. My kitchen has a sunflower theme, the guest bathroom is jungle themed, our bathroom is seashore, the living room is horses, and my daughters room still needs a theme (any cute stuff for her would be appreciated)
