Please note I will always send - if you don't recieve something PLEASE email me. I've had a swap go missing in the post (which was disappointing as it took me a long time to make) but if that happens I'm happy to resend. (UK POST!! URGH! :D)
I love it here !
Please leave a comment with your rating - Everything I send has been made by me - please take that on board and spend a couple of minutes to comment - even if it is just a Thank You..:D
I am very creative - my head is always buzzing with ideas so it gets quite noisy in there. I love to write, paint, rhyme, sculpt, ATC, photograph, and make people laugh; which is what lead me into the world of stand up comedy too - I'm a comedian currently to be found making people laugh all over London. Also recently started as a designer for the website CraftyLink.com. If you are also a member of this community come and swap with other member in our swap-bot group!
My Grandad inspired me as an artist from a young age - I recently entered the Sketchbook Limited Edition Project with a book all about how I became who I am recently which is much like a story book with rhyming verse and illustrations.
My artwork is currently on display in one of our local hospitals and I'm also the creator of the Tiny Trail which is an art trail for children where I make small scenes out of shoe boxes and make cork people... this was inspired by Keri Smith!
My son is Autistic, has ADHD and also Sensory Processing Disorder - art keeps us sane! I also run an organistion called Moulding Futures which is all about creating positive emotional well being for everyone. I do this through the Giggle Together project - a programme of workshops, events and courses that use laughter yoga techniques, creativity and play to help people connect, let go and these are tailored to the need of clients. I designed and delivered a 6 week programme for young people affected by substance misuse and I'm currently working with dementia specialist to design something that will help those living with dementia to tap into their old personalities and memories. www.giggletogether.co.uk - if you are in the UK and would like to know more please feel free to contact.
My website for artwork is www.tracyshave.co.uk has a small sample of what I do if you are interested..
I love comedy, bright cheerful things, films of all sorts, fairies,
I do this for fun. I make things that I think people will love but I am not a machine and I'm also not a personal shopper. I make handmade postcards and really enjoy it - I put effort into them so please respect that. I always see good in people and find some comments people make about others in the forums to be quite like being back in high school which is not what I am about. I am here as an escape - for personal growth - and I WILL stick up for people if I think everyone has lost their mind and are fighting like cats. Balance - I am a libra and crave it.... it's a good trait to have so don't judge me for it. I will not apologise for it - I think that life is far too short, with far too much suffering to treat others badly, or to gang up on others without listening or even stopping to see the bigger picture. I understand there are rules here - and I will stick to them and expect others to stick to the little rules, although there won't be many because I believe creativity should be playful with freedom, of those I host BUT I also understand that people are human... :)
Looking forward to swapping and connecting with people from all over the place here!
I love it when people are creative and put thought into their swaps - I do realise that some people will be far more advanced than others though. Some of us have been doing this a long time (creating art I mean). I love it when people acknowlege what you sent and write a comment - I am sending you a little piece of me. My time is very precious so any amount I spend on putting something together is valuable to me - please respect that.
I love anything creative - but what I love most is to think that YOU had fun putting something together. Make the effort for YOU - you will grow and have fun if you put the thought into what you are doing. What is the point otherwise?
I love positive, bright and cheerful work - affirmations, positive quotes, drawings, illustrations - handmade postcards rather than bought ones but don't worry if you can't manage it. Thoughtfulness - just be thoughtful and mindful really.. :D
I would rahter not recieve anything that is political or religious - not unless your religion is believing in the universe.
Apart from that I don't have colour preferences - all colours are amazing the brighter the better...

I watched your video, Tracy. I liked it, I like your voice and your accent, and the only thing I would change is the apology. Sweetie, the good Lord made you special and unique. Embrace your special qualities. Celebrate them. Hugs to you!
