I am the mother of two wonderful boys who are both grown. Due to life they both are living with me right now. They are both working hard at getting back on thier own. I also have one dog, a border collie and dalmation mix, and two siamese cats one male, one female.
I am working a job right now but I just finished a course on dog training and I am working on starting a dog training business.
I have been sewing since I can remember, somewhere around 5 years old.
I collect turtles and have a real obsession about them.
I have many other collections and passions but the turtles, playing with dogs and sewing are the big ones.
I also collect teapots, ceramic houses that are connected to sewing, old wooden fisher price toys.
I also love to walk, hike, fish, camp, and just spend time outside.
I do find that I have to keep busy most of the time because that is what I find fun and that keeps me happy.
I love watching movies and some reality TV. My movie collection is massive, over 300 movies.
I can sew almost anything with any type of material. Although I prefer to work with cotton. I do not however like to work with yarn and have never learned to crochet or knit. I can however tat, though I generally find it slow and tedious.
I love reading. Don't have time for it as much as I should though. My al time favorites are the Cat Who series. But I also like Janet Evanovich and Sue Grafton. Steven King rates up at the top as well. I will read almost anything though.
I like all kinds of music, just depends on my mood what I want to hear.
Movies I like to watch anything except horror and I will occasionally watch those.
As for TV, I like crime and mystery shows, and some reality shows.
My favorite color is purple, but I do love all colors.
Turtles, Tea pots, Wooden fisher price toys, Wind chimes, Toy irons, Ceramic houses but only ones that are sewing related, Metal tins mostly old advertising ones, Pin cushions, Buttons, DVD movies, kaleidoscopes
