My one is from a Christmas card swap that I never got sent out. I was absent from Swap Bot for several months due to personal reasons. I have moved several times in the past few months, as well as changed jobs.

Now that I feel my life is stable again, I am eager to become a part of the Bot community again. While I would like to remedy my flaked swap, my partner has been suspended from Swap Bot, so it won't be possible.

My name is Samantha and I live in Florida. I'm not new to swapping, but I am new to Swap Bot. I am a student majoring in Biology, though I honestly feel like I'm more interested in education. Most of my time is spent volunteering and I have a few places that I am a regular volunteer at. I love art, though I have very little artistic talent.

I don't smoke, nor does anyone in my house. Though I'm not especially picky about not receiving something that smells of smoke, it doesn't bother me. I'm not very big on penpaling, but I love receiving handwritten letters and notes. Sometimes I'll join a letter swap simply because I'm in the mood to write.

My wedding is planned for December first and I'm marrying my best friend and my love. We've been together for over five years now and we've known one another since high school.

I do recycle bubble mailers and packing materials. I am notorious for addressing an envelope, filling it, and then deciding to add more. So a lot of my packages go out overfilled!

My favorite colors are purple, green, and blue. I don't generally care for oranges, yellows, or neon greens. I love pastels, patterns, and prints. As a country girl at heart, I love camo. Vintage patterns are also pretty big with me.

Since I work at a theatre, there aren't many new releases that I haven't seen. And I generally see movies the day before they release. :D

Also, when I'm cleaning at work, I find tons of lost tickets and I hold on to them for the ladies on Swap Bot. If you can use any for your crafts, junk journals, smash books, etc send me a message and I'll mail them out to you!

• Holidays: Though I'm not religious, Christmas and Easter are my two favorites. I love getting into the holiday spirit and decorating, sending out cards, etc.

• Netflix: It's pretty much the greatest thing ever invented!

• Pinterest: I can spend hours pinning random links.

• Baking: I love getting new recipies (if they're simple!). I'm not the greatest at baking, but I can decorate pretty well.

• Winter: It's my absolute favorite season! I love bon fires, hot chocolate, sweaters, etc.

I'm not too picky when it comes to swapping. I love mail so, I'm pretty easy to please. My SO thinks that I'm insane because of how excited I get when I check our mail! I only have a few dislikes:

• Religious materials. I'm not religious at all, so I don't care for anything religion related.

• Coffee and tea.

• Printed letters (instead of handwritten): I know some people have horrible hand writing, but I would much rather struggle to read your letter than feel like I'm reading an email.

I know a lot of the ladies here are talented artists, so I'd like to swap for a custom drawing.

My grandmother passed away recently and I want to get a tattoo honoring both of my grandparents. There's a tattoo design in my head, but I have no drawing skills, so I can't seem to get it right. It shouldn't be a very difficult drawing or take very long (I want it to be rather small).
