I always like nature themed items, birds and trees are my favorites. Also like red fox. Anything to do with coffee either the real thing or as a theme. I have been really into bees and ladybugs lately. I bike commute in the summer, I love my bike and bike themed items. Anything Lemon or other Citrus Fruit, Pomegrantes and Raspberries (these can all be as a flavor, scent, or color).
I tend to lean towards the beginning of the color spectrum red, orange, yellow, green. I like a wide range of colors including chocolate and cream, one of my favorite color combos. I like charcoal grey, earthy tones and bright colors as well. I usually don't choose blues, purples, or pinks.

If I had a motto, this would be it and it is what you can expect from me and all my swaps. I really like to do two good things with my swaps and often shop at local non-profit organizations gift shops to find swap items. I also love supporting small independent crafters, both local and around the world. Once summer comes and the Farmer's Market re-opens I will spend the majority of my time shopping there. I hope you enjoy what I send and be assured that it is a quality item and its purchase also supported a good cause.
I am here to meet interesting people and find out about other parts of the world (including the country I live in). I enjoy a swap that includes a note or something that tells me a little about who you are. A little love in your swap goes a long way with me. Show me that you didn't just toss some stuff in an envelope to meet the minimum requirements of the swap.
Show me that you care that I receive something nice from you, package your items carefully! I have had a ridiculous amount of swaps shipped to me damaged because the person sending has not packaged them well. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to receive a beautiful package that is smashed to bits. Please, please, please package swaps so they will not be damaged in shipping. Bubble envelopes will not protect the items inside from being smashed flat. I would prefer that you spend less on the items inside the swap so you can afford to add a box or appropriate packing material to see that the swap makes it in one piece. I don't mind if you use recycled boxes. I would prefer it be packaged well over looking pretty on the outside.
If a swap arrives damaged and was not packaged properly I will rate a three if the salvageable items do not meet the swap requirements. If you package your swaps well, in boxes with bubble wrap, etc... I will not hold you responsible or ask for a re-send if it becomes damaged by the Post Office.
Finally, please don't lie to me! I am a very understanding person. The one thing I do not tolerate is people who outright lie. Did you forget to send my swap, tag, etc...? I don't need a big long excuse about how your dog ate your swap. OMG, I forgot, I am so sorry, I will send right away goes much farther with me than a bunch of stories about lost, stolen packages.
Please, no overly scented products. I seem to do well with natural scents and essential oils, but highly chemical and artificial scents send my nose into a fit of sneezing and on some occasions give me migraines.
I also get migraines from artificial sweeteners. I have accidentally consumed splenda and seem to do ok with it, but for the most part I probably would not purposely consume anything with splenda in it, so I prefer you not send. Thanks.
