Happy belated National Fairy Tale Day! Here are some fairy tale images to celebrate:
Vasilisa the Beautiful and Baba Yaga (Russian). I love Baba Jaga (different spelling, same pronunciation)... she's a wonderfully grey character in Slavic fairy tales, neither strictly bad not good.
The Lassie and Her Godmother (Norwegian). This image is from East of the Sun and West of the Moon... it took some digging to find which tale this was from.
Bonus: Donkeyskin (French)
(for: National Fairy Tale Day Profile Decorations)
Hi, I´m from the Netherlands and I would like to share two images from two different fairytales.
Maybe they will also have names in English. But this is how we call them in The Netherlands.
So here are two Dutch ´Sprookjes´:
Hi! I'm here for the APDG ~ Quick Swap ~ Bears ;-)!
After much searching and deliberation, I bring you 10 of the most smile enducing bear images on the internet!
ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ RAWR!
Some of us just want to be bears!
And some of us just want to cuddle with them!
Sometimes they want to cuddle with us!
A Beary Good Dancer
Lastly, this is Harmony Bear, one of the Care Bears. I used to collect them when I was younger because my name is Harmony...so how could I do a bear post without including her?!?
I hope you enjoyed these images as much as I enjoyed putting this together for you!
♥ Harmony
I found so many fantastic gifs that I had a hard time choosing which ones to share, so I've decided to edit all of them to be the right size and send all of them to you!
Ninja Bear!
Bears just wanna have fun...
Don't text and walk at the same time...
I was laughing so hard while putting these gifs together for this swap. The guy texting and looking up to see a bear made me laugh so hard I got a headache! :D
I Love bears!! All kinds! I actually had a black bear come up on my deck one time...the only thing that separated us was a sliding glass door. Beautiful beautiful animal <3
I am sending you some bear pictures, some mythical ones as well as cute cartoons :-)
