art and music have saved my life on more than one occasion, i love to cook up tasty vegan treats in my little kitchen, and in general and i just feel lucky to be live. blessed even.

i'm working on spreading love in every way shape and form, and hope beef up my spanish so that i can actually have a fluent conversation instead of the little bits and pieces of "hi, how are you?"

blues, ska, reggae, folk, punk, folk punk : ) anything soulful, and groups with horn sections especially steal my heart

many many books..hmm, henry miller hasn't stopped amazing me, inga muscio is pretty much my muse lately, and everything that i've read by camus has been beautiful.
