Hello Sarah, You participated in a swap called Deco Tape Sample Swap 6 in October and were assigned to me. I sent you an envelope with multiple washi tape samples in a nicely decorated envelope. However I never received a rating from you. Since you never contacted me I assume you received the washi tape and forgot to rate me or rated me without checking of the numbers.
