About Me

I joined several years ago never got the chance to join in on anything because my husband lost his job then he got sick then I just plain forgot about this website. I want to get back into pen paling and swapping again and doing an internet search found this site again. Anyway, I am 49 years old, married, live in Florida. I raise and show German Shepherd's, love to garden and spend as much time as possible outside. Also I love to go to auctions, flea markets and yard sales to see what kind of deals I can find either for myself, gifts or re-sale.

Favorite Music

Enjoy just about any kind of music, just depends what mood I am in.

Favorite Books

Favorite type of books, mystery, thriller, horror, some fantasy like The Hobbit, Tales of Narnia, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, C.S Lewis.

Favorite Movies

No favorite movies really...but I like the classic movies the best..movies with Cary Grant, etc.

Favorite Television

Favorite TV shows, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Lost Girl, Being Human, Person Of Interest, Vegas, Blue Bloods, Merlin

Favorite Crafts

I am not a crafting type of person...not very good at it. Trying to learn how to bead jewelry...

Stuff I Like

Of course anything with German Shepherds..lol,

I really like vintage, retro and victorian items..jewelry, decor, etc.

anything with flowers, (magnets, stationery, pens, etc.

Incense (rose, lavender, cinnamon, apples & cinnamon, cinnamon spice, vanilla spice scented).

Scented candles.

Favorite colors pink, purple, blue, yellow, all the different shades of those colors...pastels.

Interested in Camelot, King Arthur, Merlin...

Lisa Frank stickers...older type with the animals on it.

Stickers in general..not reward type stickers though

Animals...just about all animals...dogs, cats, squirrels, horses, wolves, elephants.

Favorite jewelry is bracelets

Shower gels and hand/body lotions...prefer rose scented, but do purchase other scents.

Windchimes..small and large

Yard/garden decor...any kind!! Garden area is usually my first stop at Wal-mart :-)

Comment: Wonderful bookmarks ..I adore the flamingos...I used to think they were so tacky--then I moved to Florida and fell in love with then..even have plactic ones in my yard...lol I enjoyed your letter....I'm planning to write to you....hugs 'n ♥♥♥'s I forgot to say///my daughter Dolly loved the birds..and asked to "borrow" it to use in her new Bible Study book..of course I said yes........
Response: Whew!! glad you like the bookmarks. The plastic flamingos are neat...had one sitting next to bird bath in my yard...but when Sheba was a puppy she kinda destroyed the poor thing..lol. Looking forward to receiving your letter!! Thats great that your daughter is using one for her bible study book. :-)

I love to garden and wish I could swap seeds with you but I live in Canada and it is not allowed to import or export seeds.
