hi! i'm 27 year old crafter living in boston. other than crafting, i love books, baking, cooking, cuddling with my crabby bunny, and traveling.

Favorite Crafts

scrapbooking, crocheting, amigurumi, whatever random project that pops into my mind. i love pretty much any paper craft. i also want to be a better knitter...i'm a terrible knitter. and i'm currently getting over my fear of a sewing machine and figuring out how cross stitch works.

Favorite Books

some of my current favorites are little house on the prairie, harry potter, the evolution of calpurnia tate, pride and prejudice, little women, emitown, cookbooks, the mysterious benedict society, the house at riverton. i love books and can spend hours at a bookstore.

Favorite Television

simpsons, friends, food network, old school sesame street (reminds me of my childhood :), mythbusters, jeopardy, how i met your mother

i love all colors! i don't think that there are any that i don't like. but baby blue is my all time favorite color. i'm also really liking gray and yellow these days.

Response: i'm glad it reached you safely and that you like everything :) i had wanted to wrap it up and make it all pretty but panicked when i realized that the date i had intended to send it was a holiday and the post office would be closed! so i wrapped it up in record time and raced to the post office to get it sent in time. i hope you don't mind too much. next time, i promise it'll be a prettier package! :)

Comment: The package arrived today and everything is absolutely FABULOUS! I adore it all. The stars are so amazing--even more so in real life. They are already on my kitchen window sill. I love, love, love the arigurumi birdie--so sweet! Thanks so much!! I just learned how to crochet and am struggling with a simple cupcake, so little birdie is definitely an inspiration. The origami birds are so lovely--they are also on my window sill. And last, but not least, thanks for the library index cards, the flowers, and how lovely everything was packaged. I just hope you like your swap half as much as I love everything you sent!!

I thought I received the tape in a swap but then I couldn't find out or remember when and from whom.. So I'm thinking I might have bought it at once when they finally decided to sell decotapes at the local art museum. I should really go there again and check when/if they sell decotapes again.
