i am interested in crochet, naalbinding, hama/perler beads, sewing, tabletweaving, maing beaded jewellery, some papercrafts and any craft i can find that makes something useful out of materials that are usually considered rubbish.

i am a geeky girl who is obsessed with vikings. i am studying biology, but love most science related topics. i spend most of my time making things, or finding new materials to make things with (the last year has included many walks so that i can collect ringpulls off the paths in my area, which will soon be made into shoes :)). i like anything weird, confusing or amusing :D

ooh and i love finding things in charity shops, or second hand shops (i avoid buying things new if i can help it)

i love QI, the big bang theory, bottom, the young ones, moyashimon, friends, moc the week, family guy, american dad, south park, and come dine with me.

i am a huge fan of terry pratchett (my fav book of his being small gods). i love fantasy books, historical novels and also science books (mainly biology related)

fav bands at the moment: random hand, garmarna, valravn, mudvayne, children of bodom, static x, the king blues, REM, equilibrium and flogging molly

ponyo! also howls moving castle, spirited away, the cat returns, lock stock and two smoking barrels, snatch, gran turino, bunny and the bull, inglorious basterds, district 9, and the new alice in wonderland film :)

buttons, beads, ringpulls/pop tabs, pretty paper?fabric, odd fabric, wool, purple, green, blue, (most colours really, except pink), bottle tops, random pieces of metal (ie, bits of broken jewellery, screws, nails, wire, etc).

pink, cutesy stuff, there's not much else i don't like apart from those, i''l add more if i can think of any.
