I am new to this site. I have been married for 36+ years (yes, to the same man!) and we have two children - a daughter, 33, and a son, 27. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first grandchild. We were lucky enough to be invited to the official ultrasound and - IT'S A BOY!! We are all over the moon since our son is the end of my husband's family line. Now we have another little man to carry the torch! Since he will be staying at grandma's while mom and dad work, I'm busy decorating his room at my house. This is ever so much fun! I've been waiting a long time - I have SOOOOOOO much grandma inside me it is starting to leak out! I also love to knit and am so-so in my crocheting efforts. My needles are smokin' with baby things. Can you tell I'm just a little bit excited???

I love Il Divo (awesome in concert), Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban (great in concert), Michael Buble (fabulous in concert), Celtic Woman (just saw them in concert - awesome!), Celtic Thunder, Ten Tenors, etc., and usually anything involving David Foster.

I will always stop channel surfing if I come across: Pretty Woman, El Dorado, A Quiet Man, McClintock!, In Harm's Way (can you tell I like John Wayne?), An Affair to Remember (who wouldn't?), Lord of the Rings (any or all 3), and sometimes the Matrix trilogy.

I just started watching Game of Thrones and The Borgias. These are pretty awesome shows. I like Castle (guilty pleasure), Housewives of New York, New Jersey, and Atlanta (one lives a couple of blocks from my daughter!) I actually seem to have quite a lot of guilty pleasures. These shows are great to listen to while I'm knitting!

As I started earlier - I love to knit. Enough said.
