I am 40 years old and married with 2 children, 1 boy 6 years old and 1 girl, 9 years old. I work for an ophthalmologist's office full time, but in my free time (what very little i get) I love to do crafts and read my kindle. I enjoy making hand stamped greeting cards, home decor items, journals, notepads....etc. I pretty much enjoy making anything, especially if it involves cardstock and rubber stamps. I also enjoy reading. I love reading mystery stories, horror stories, religious based fiction, and fantasy. These are just a few of the categories that i like to delve into, but I am almost always willing to check out any type of book.

Hand stamped anything....especially greeting cards. Acrylic painting and most recently I am into doing mixed media art journaling. Also I like making handmade jewelry.

I have always liked rock and heavy metal music but as I get older I find my tastes broadening. I have really been getting into country music lately.

So I love reading and have many favorite books. One of my all time favorites is To Kill A Mocking Bird. I really love horror stories, such as anything by Stephen King and Dean Koontz. I also am really into fantasy such as The Hobbit and the Harry Potter series. I am also a big fan of mystery books. I will probably try to read almost anything except mushy romance novels.

I don't watch a lot of tv, but when I do it is usually something on the Discovery or History channels.

The things that I would really enjoy getting from a swap would be: -die cuts -rubber stamps -handmade cards -handmade atc -handmade bookmarks -patterned paper -cardstock -buttons -ribbon -vintage style or steam punk ephemera -magazine cut outs -washi tape

My favorite colors are red, green, and all neutrals such as brown, black, gray, and white. I do like getting things in any color though. I am really becoming attracted to all things steampunk and grunge but I don't really have much experience with those genres.

I love fall/autumn decorations, especially pumpkins. I also love snowmen, scented candles, wolves, cats, dogs, fairies, unicorns, owls, decorative knives/swords, and gothic looking items. Celtic items are pretty cool too.
