I'm a knitter, quilter, and just plain crafter. I love making things and working on new projects.
Growing up my mom and grandma were big tea drinkers. Together with my sister, we would have tea parties with little itty bitty cups and cookies. So much fun. Needless to say I love tea! Peppermint is my all time favorite. I'm not such a big fan of fruit teas like strawberry, lemon, or orange. I love trying new kinds of tea. I'm also a big fan of hot chocolates and chai mixes.
My favorite color is GREEN and I don't like pink at all (actually from the time I could talk I've the color pink and I have had a mutual dislike for one another :) ). I love all colors especially the combination of green/blue and yellow/green. Other combinations that I enjoy are black/white and green/brown, black/blue.
I love international themed gifts. Indian and Chinese gifts are among my favorites.
I love chocolate and candy. Peppermint and the combo of peanut butter and chocolate are on my favorite list. Gummy bears too!
I'm also a big fan of the scent orange and vanilla. My favorite lip balm is definitely orange.
I'm a teacher who loves to find new and exciting ways to make science fun! So any ideas on how to do that would be great or items in this theme would be great. No I'm not a mad scientist, but I appreciate Marvin the Martian's "I'm a rocket scientist" quote. Science themed fabrics are very neat in my book.
Love to make and do things for others.
I'm not a huge fan of animals. They are great, but most of them don't like me (allergic). So animal prints and themes are not something I'm drawn to (cats, dogs, etc). Fish prints and themes are cool though.
