DUE TO SOME VERY PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES I WILL NO LONGER BE SWAPPING. I AM SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSES ANYONE
I am a young woman from Salt Lake City, Utah. I have lived here most of my life except for a short stint living in the Caribbean while volunteering for Planned Parenthood. Currently I am a student of Literature, and I would like to eventually get my Library Sciences degree so I can spend my days surrounded by dusty old books and chastising small children (I kid). I recently married my best friend and longterm boyfriend; we have two four legged children, our dogs Max and Abner. I have an obsession with anything and everything vintage or antique. I love old movies, music, clothes, architecture, books et cetera. This obsession leads me to spending many hours perusing thrift stores, garage and estate sales. I love the thrill of finding a hidden treasure (or at least they are treasures to me). I love living near the mountains and I take opportunities to be outdoors as often as I can, preferably with friends or family. As with my other old fashioned interests I love snail mail and I have many pen pals; one of my pen pals directed me to swap-bot and I am excited to get started! My other loves include: Travel, Postcards, Tea, Wine, Gardening, Cooking, Crafting, Reading, Film, Adventure...
It's hard for me to pin down a certain genre that I love the most and my tastes are all over the place. I love music, I need music...
The Beatles, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Joanna Newsom, Billy Holiday, Josephine Baker, Nina Simone, Simon and Garfunkel, The Mamas and the Papas, Cat Stevens, Neko Case, Jolie Holland, Be Good Tanyas, Skip James, Beirut, The Decemberists, Two Gallants, Morrissey, Old Crow Medicine Show, Cliff Edwards, Peggy Lee, Duke Ellington, Modest Mouse, Melanie, Magnetic Fields, Jens Lekman, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Leonard Cohen, Judy Garland, Frightened Rabbit, DeVotchKa, Beach House, Dolly Parton....

Thanks for your reply. Also, reading your profile its great to know that you want to earn your Library Sciences degree. I'm a library fan too and am looking into earning my MLS.
