My Flickr name is Pretty Girl Collage. I am a mother, wife, and a teacher. I enjoy getting to know new people and I love swapping for fun goodies from other places. I'm also a beginning mixed-media/collage artist.

I love so many kinds of music: classical, opera, pop, musicals, and, of course, Barry Manilow!

My favorite book of all time is Gone with the Wind. I also love Jane Eyre and Twilight (by Stephenie Meyer).

I love Ugly Betty! I watched the telenovela it was based on (Betty la Fea) and so I was ecstatic when I saw it would become an TV show in the US. I also like Medium and Blood Ties (vampire show on Lifetime).

ATCs, stamping, collage, knitting, cross stitch, jewelry making...I can't think of anything else right now...wait, hand quilting...but I'm sure I'll think of something else. Oh, I've just started sewing again, so I'm in love with purse patterns (easy ones) and super-cool fabric. Right now I'm drooling over Michael Miller fabric designs. Aaaaah. And I'm in awe of Amy Butler fabric and patterns. Awwww!

I am not a "flake" just because I'm a "newbie." I have a feedback of 150 with 100% on Ebay and I have a positive rating of 8 on www.atcards.com. Please let me play in your games.

Okay, so I like "stuff." I like handmade cute stuff and I like cute stuff bought from the dollar store. I like fairy stuff and funny stuff and teacher stuff.

I love things of all colors...except maybe brown. However, I think my favorite color is blue and I do enjoy pink.

I like beaded jewelry.

I am a purse freak! I love bags and purses. And while I'm at it, I love shoes, too!

I like altered art/mixed-media "stuff" and magazines. I love rubber stamps, paper, ink, pens, german scrap paper, vintage images, and just about anything else that a person who likes to do mixed-media art likes.

I love things that are French or Spanish (from Spain; I used to live there and I miss it). If you sent me little seashell gummy candies, I would love you forever.

Stuff I don't like: Potty training (it's hard!), things that don't take a lot of thought (as in you put a couple of stickers on some colored paper and called it an ATC), and not much else. I also don't drink coffee but I do like herbal teas. I don't really care for cartoony items (Hello, Kitty! etc.).
