Colors: I like jewel tone colors and hate pink, although I'm not above using it to make a point. I enjoy knitting (and occasionally crocheting) with cotton and cotton blends. I'm not so crazy about wool but I've met some Merino I'm willing to give a second chance to if the mood struck. Plus there's always felting.

My main love though is yarn, cotton and cotton blend. I'm curious, and have considered doing ATC, but I haven't explored it yet. And I do machine embroidery, so even little pictures that I can scan and convert to embroidered images are cool. I like paper model folding.

I wish I could draw, or that I wanted to enough to work on it. So I sort of have a collection of sketch pads and journals that I don't often use but still like having around. So homemade ones would be cool.

I also goof around with the violin when the mood strikes so I like music that features violin, especially where you wouldn't normally expect to hear it.

I like pretty much everything a little bit, except punk. And even then... I listen to country, techno, classical, rock, and pop sometimes. It depends on what mood I'm in and where I'm going.

I love sci/fantasy and am one of many reading the vampire/werewolf/etc genre that's all the rage now. My favorite authors are Patricia Biggs and Ilona Andrews.

I haven't bought an actual paper book in a while now though. I am all about reading books on my iPad now.

I'm a knitter and I only learned crochet so I could make amigurumi but I haven't done it very much so I keep forgetting how. I also like sewing although I usually only get a chance to do it around Halloween. I spend way too much time just collecting patterns for knitting, crochet, and sewing. I just love them, even if I know I'll never get around to making them all.

Ice Hockey. Field Hockey. Volleyball. I hate jogging but not running, if that makes sense.
